The BOSS Federation is proud to announce new LOTF Committee Co-Chairs

The BOSS Federation is pleased to announce the appointment of Steph Halstead, Head of Data & Marketing at Dynamic Office Solutions and Callum North, Business Development Manager at BLOC Group, as the new Co-Chairs of the Leaders of the Future (LOTF) Committee. They will replace James Day, Managing Director at Durable and Amy Remmer, Account Director at VOW Wholesale.

The Leaders of the Future Committee is a BOSS Special Interest Group bringing together professionals from manufacturing, wholesale and dealer businesses across the workplace supplies industry. The group is dedicated to developing and supporting the next generation of leaders, helping members build the confidence, skills and connections needed to achieve their full potential and make a lasting contribution to the sector.

In their new roles, Steph and Callum will work with committee members and BOSS to shape the group’s programme of activity, encourage wider engagement across the industry and champion opportunities for emerging talent to learn, collaborate and grow.

Steph Halstead, Head of Data & Marketing at Dynamic Office Solutions and LOTF Co-Chair, commented:I'm absolutely thrilled to be stepping into the Co-Chair role alongside Callum. We've got a fantastic committee made up of people from all corners of the industry, which means the ideas and perspectives we bring to the table are going to be really varied, fresh, and hopefully a bit bold. For me, this is about making a genuine difference for the next generation coming into our industry - encouraging wider participation, creating more opportunities for learning and development, and making sure LOTF is a space where people feel inspired to grow and connect. I'm very excited, possibly too excited! Watch this space.

Callum North, Business Development Manager at BLOC Group and LOTF Co-Chair, added:I'm genuinely delighted to have been selected as one of the new Co-Chairs of the Leaders of the Future committee. Having been part of the committee for the past two years, I've seen just how valuable it is in supporting and inspiring the future leaders of our industry and beyond. I'm really looking forward to working alongside Steph and the rest of the committee to shape the next two years, building on the fantastic work that's already been done. With so many new faces joining us, I'm excited to see the fresh ideas, different perspectives, and energy everyone will bring as we continue to grow and make a positive impact together.

BOSS CEO, Amy Hutchinson, commented:We're delighted to welcome Callum and Steph into their new roles as Co-Chairs of the Leaders of the Future Committee. Both bring tons of enthusiasm, fresh perspectives and a strong commitment to supporting the development of future talent within our industry.

The LOTF Committee plays a vital role in nurturing the next generation of workplace supplies professionals, and I have no doubt that Steph and Callum will build on the group's success, driving greater engagement and creating valuable opportunities for emerging leaders across the sector.

I look forward to working with them as they lead the committee into its next chapter. I would also like to thank to James and Amy for their outstanding contribution over the past few years. Through their leadership, the committee has delivered a number of highly successful conferences and launched the BOSS NextGen Mentoring Programme, leaving a lasting legacy that has strengthened and supported the industry's future leaders.
