NextGen Mentoring

Whether you're just starting out or stepping up, the BOSS NextGen Mentoring Programme offers a space to build authentic, career-boosting relationships. Discover new perspectives, build confidence, and gain the support you need to navigate career - with someone who’s been there.

How it works

  • Mentoring is free for BOSS members.

  • Members of the LOTF Community can request a mentor at any time.
  • Each pairing runs for at least 6months, but can be extended.
  • The programme is led by the mentee, so it is down to them to reach out to their assigned mentor.
