Helena Hills is the CEO and Co-Founder of TrueStart Coffee, the UK's fastest-growing coffee brand, which she founded with her husband Simon in 2015.

Born from a shared passion for health, fitness and great coffee, TrueStart has grown into a multi-million-pound challenger brand on a mission to make people feel amazing! Today, TrueStart has huge momentum across retail, workplaces, out of home and its own thriving D2C community. Helena is passionate about thinking big, challenging convention, building brilliant teams and bringing positive energy to everything she does. Diagnosed with ADHD at the age of seven, she's a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and believes that thinking differently can be one of your greatest strengths.
