Head of Data & Marketing, Dynamic Office Solutions
Steph has been at Dynamic Office Solutions for nearly 11 years, starting out as Customer Service Manager, then Office Manager, and now heading up Data & Marketing. Her days are spent building their brand, dreaming up campaigns, and finding creative ways to use data to help the business grow.
She studied Art and then Music at University, so finding herself loving the business supplies industry was unexpected! Her creative streak still runs through everything she does. Steph loves thinking differently, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and making sure there's always a bit of fun in the mix. Usually in the form of terrible dad jokes that her team have learned to tolerate.
Steph was inspired to join LOTF after a keynote at one of their conferences completely shifted her thinking on strategy. She brought those ideas back to Dynamic, they were implemented, and she saw first-hand the impact that learning and connecting at these events can have. She is excited to be part of the committee, to keep growing, share a fresh perspective from the data and marketing side, and hopefully support others finding their feet in the industry.
