Leaders of the Future Conference - Strategy Unlocked: Think, Plan, Win

The Leaders of the Future Community came together on 27th November at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester. Delegates were treated to an action packed agenda:

The event opened with a warm welcome from BOSS CEO Amy Hutchinson, alongside James Day and Amy Remmer, Co-Chairs of Leaders of the Future, who reflected on how the group has continued to champion development across the community, from launching the NextGen mentoring programme to supporting new initiatives that encourage collaboration, networking and leadership growth.

Delegates were then inspired by keynote speaker James Peach, who shared valuable insight into turning strategy into action, drawing on his extensive experience in strategic leadership and transformation across the public and private sectors.

The day also featured three impactful workshops delivered by BPIF Training, focused on leadership and team dynamics, coaching and mentoring, and stakeholder management and communication.

Aidan McDonough was announced as the new BOSS Chairperson and marked the occasion with an engaging industry speaker session, sharing his personal journey and reflections on passion, success and clear objectives.

The conference concluded with a lively panel discussion hosted by Shaun Tidman, featuring Simone Hindmarch, Kristine Anne Humphreys, Simon Brooks and Matthew Balcombe, who explored what it takes to think big, lead change and turn bold strategies into meaningful, lasting impact.
