His boundless energy is infectious, and he brings a vibrant and lively presence to any social setting. Jason's interests span across a wide range of activities, from sports to dancing and exploring the great outdoors. He has an adventurous spirit and a love for all things active and thrilling. One fascinating fact about Jason is that he has travelled to over 65 countries, showcasing his curiosity for different cultures and his thirst for new experiences. Jeanette Caswell, MD of BLOC Group has more over 20 years of experience across the Business Supplies sector and is truly passionate about making a difference and helping to support the individuals and businesses around our industry, particularly in tough and changing times.
Nigel Busby
A highly experienced marketing professional, Nigel is the founder of InControl Marketing, the provider of an award-winning marketing portal developed for the business supplies industry.
Nigel has a degree in Business and Financial Economics, over 20 year experience within our industry, along with varied other experience including being a rugby coach and RFU Mentor, a member of The Institute of Collaborative Working where he sits on their Marketing and Communications Special Interest Group and was formerly a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, all of which we believe will benefit the BOSS Midlands members.
Outside of work Nigel enjoys socialising, travelling, spending time with his family and his devoted Labrador Lenny.
Shane Wareing
Shane began his career in the office supplies industry 18 years ago. After gaining valuable experience at Spicers and then Nectere, he decided to leverage his extensive knowledge to start his own business, leading to the founding of OWS in 2018. Shane possesses a deep understanding of the office products industry, complemented by a strong background in customer service, training, and sales. His passion for the industry is evident through his regular attendance at industry events, participation in online training and seminars, and weekly conversations with other dealers. Shane is looking forward to using his knowledge and experience to contribute to the Boss Federation Midlands Committee and is excited to work with the team.
Outside of running a business, Shane likes to spend time with his wife and two young daughters. He is a Birmingham City fan (for his sins) and loves Formula 1.
