Stop Press - Further Delay to EUDR Likely
EU Commissioner for Environment, Jessika Roswall, announced that the Commission are proposing a further one-year postponement.
If it’s adopted, this will mean EUDR will apply from 30 December 2026 (and 30 June 2027 for micro and small companies).
Yes, the delay is intended to allow time to fix the IT capacity problems, which could otherwise prove disruptive to trade.
