Prima Promotes Oli Rowles to Sales Director, Driving Strategic Growth in UK & Ireland
Oli takes on the new role following more than a decade at Prima, where he has been instrumental in building and leading the company’s Customer Services team. Under his leadership, the department has become the largest and most capable in Prima’s history. With a strong team now in place - Steve Dennis as Customer Operations Director and Molly Clarke as Customer Services Supervisor - Oli leaves behind a solid foundation for continued operational success.
This transition represents a natural next step in Oli’s journey at Prima. Known for his consultative style and deep understanding of the platform, Oli has always focused on helping customers drive efficiency and growth. In his new role, he will now turn that attention to prospective clients - supporting dealers across the UK and Ireland as they explore the benefits of switching to Prima’s modern, scalable solution.
Over the past nine months, Oli has already been working closely with the Sales & Marketing team behind the scenes, contributing to some of Prima’s strongest commercial results to date. His appointment has been supported by Sales Director Tim Capper, whose continued mentorship and experience will remain valuable through this transition.
Oli’s new position gives him the platform to showcase how Prima is already helping over 250 independent businesses grow, adapt, and succeed in a challenging and competitive market. With a strong focus on customer experience, automation, and practical tools that enable sales teams, he is well placed to help even more dealers streamline operations and achieve long-term growth.
