Award-winning, world-leading B Corp Grace & Green appoints Simon Weavers as Chief Revenue Officer

Experienced B2B and distribution leader joins the sustainable period and incontinence care business as it expands across facilities management, workplaces, education, sport and international markets.

Bristol, UK – 23rd September 2026 – Award-winning, world-leading B Corp Grace & Green has appointed Simon Weavers as Chief Revenue Officer, strengthening its senior leadership team as the business accelerates growth across facilities management, workplaces, education, sport, wholesale, retail and international distribution.

Weavers brings 25 years of commercial and leadership experience across sustainable consumer products, facilities management, retail and international distribution. Most recently, he held senior leadership roles at purpose-led businesses SOAP₂O and The Cheeky Panda.

At The Cheeky Panda, Weavers led UK and international trade sales and marketing, delivering more than 40% B2B growth in both 2023 and 2024. He also helped launch the brand into 25 new countries through major workplace and distribution partners. Previously, as Sales and Commercial Director at Ecoegg, he helped grow the company’s retail business tenfold and expand exports to more than 50 countries.

In his new role, Weavers will lead Grace & Green’s commercial growth strategy across B2B, distribution, retail, e-commerce, facilities management, education, sport, hospitality, pharmacy and international markets. He will work closely with Founder and CEO Fran Lucraft and Chief Commercial Officer Meg Gibson to strengthen strategic partnerships, open new routes to market and scale the company’s growing product portfolio.

Grace & Green supplies sustainable period products, dispensers and educational support to workplaces, facilities management providers, universities, schools, public bodies, sports organisations and other institutions across the UK. Its solutions are already used by organisations across the corporate, education, heritage, public and sporting sectors.

The company is now building on its established period-care offering by expanding further into incontinence and wider intimate-health essentials. This includes bladder-support products for women and men, alongside a growing pipeline of products designed to meet changing health needs throughout people’s lives.

The appointment comes as Grace & Green launches internationally. The company has established an EU fulfilment operation in the Netherlands to support European customers and distribution partners, with an initial focus on B2B growth across selected European markets. Longer term, the business also intends to develop its direct-to-consumer international proposition.

Grace & Green is also preparing to raise £3 million in growth investment, with the round expected to open in early 2027. The funding will support international expansion, new product development, brand growth and the continued development of the company’s commercial infrastructure.

Frances Lucraft, Founder and CEO of Grace & Green, said:

“Grace & Green is entering a pivotal stage of its development. We have built an award-winning, trusted brand, a strong portfolio of sustainable period-care solutions and a growing presence across workplaces, facilities management, education, sport and the public sector. Our next chapter is about taking that foundation into new markets, new categories and many more organisations internationally.

“Simon combines a deep understanding of purpose-led brands with exceptional experience across B2B, distribution, retail and international growth. His appointment gives us additional commercial leadership at exactly the right time, and I’m incredibly excited to work with him as we scale Grace & Green into a leading international intimate-health essentials business.”

Simon Weavers, Chief Revenue Officer at Grace & Green, said:

‘’I am thrilled to be joining Grace & Green at such an important point in its journey. What attracted me to the business is the combination of a genuinely purpose led brand, brilliant products and a huge opportunity to challenge an industry that is ready for change.

I’ve spent much of my career working with businesses where sustainability is at the heart of what they do, and I’ve seen first hand that purpose and commercial growth can work in tandem. Grace & Green has already built an incredibly strong foundation, and my focus will be on helping turn that potential into the next stage of sustainable, profitable growth.

There is a significant opportunity to take Grace & Green to more consumers, businesses and markets, while staying true to the values that have made the brand what it is. I’m looking forward to working with Fran and the team to make that happen.”
