Latest employment rights consultations – still time to contribute
These two consultations are open:
- Fire and Rehire: what approach should be taken to the treatment of expenses, benefits and shift patterns? Let us know your thoughts by 25 March.
- Flexible working: will a new statutory process and ‘reasonableness test’ for flexible working requests work in practice? Let us know what you think by 15 April.
