EUDR – Delay Confirmed
But we can now confirm that the clock has been stopped! A week before Christmas, the European Council and Parliament agreed:
- A one-year postponement of the application date (now 30 December 2026 for large operators and 30 June 2027 for small and micro-operators).
- Simplification measures (though stationery products remain in scope).
- A simplification review.
