EPR – no change to disposal fees
We raised these concerns with the Department for Business & Trade, which engaged with PackUK and the Department for the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs.
We’re pleased to share that the Government has listened and has agreed to close the funding gap itself – so there will be no change to disposal fees for Year 1. They will remain the same as set out in the Notices of Liability in October 2025.
