The webinars provide an insight on the implications of the tax from an importer and manufacturing perspective. This webinar will be led by Lucy Sutcliffe, Partner - Tax Advisory from our financial partner Azets.

Plastic Packaging Tax (PPT) - Importer, 28 April at 2pm The webinar will cover:

  • Incoterms - what they are, and which ones apply to your business.
  • SIC Codes, profiling etc. - how can this be used to check correct payment of PPT.
  • Information flow up and down the supply chain. What is reasonable and what can be done if suppliers/customers refuse to comply?
  • Registration criteria for importers - what tonnage needs to be included and what period. The Two tests - looking forward and back.
