BOSS welcomes 360 UK Business Solutions Ltd to membership. We caught up with the team to learn more about the business, its growth journey and what it hopes to gain from being part of the BOSS community.

What does the business do?

We specialise in providing sustainable supply chain solutions with full data visibility.

When and how was the business established?

Rebranded as 360 UK Business Solutions in February 2026, having previously started this new adventure in February 2023 as Hatters Office Supplies. The business was established and driven by our shared interest in providing the highest levels of service and professionalism for our customers, staff and suppliers. 360 exists to support these goals.

How has the business developed since its inception?

The business has developed rapidly since its inception, particularly regarding our fulfilment arm of the business. There is a lot of hard work and attention to detail that goes into making the magic happen, but the results are so rewarding when you successfully deliver on a customer's vision for their clients, prospects and staff.

What achievements or specialisms is the company particularly proud of?

We are particularly proud of our efforts in achieving Carbon Neutral status and becoming a member of the Real Living Wage Foundation, with lots of work now going in to achieving B Corp status.
