Following a series of successful and well attended BOSS conferences aimed at the younger talent in the industry over the last few years, a group of "future leaders" has been formed to keep BOSS in touch with their aspirations and attitudes.

Over 100 delegates - a record attendance for this event and coming from all parts of the industry - converged in the historic Stationers' Hall on Friday 24 March for the 2017 BOSS Leaders of the Future Conference.

The second BOSS Young Managers' Conference took place on Tuesday 29 April at the Aston Conference Meeting Suites in Birmingham and inspired a record number of delegates from every market sector of the industry.
