Future Leaders come together for LOTF Conference at the London Stationery Show
The LOTF Conference, was held on Tuesday 12th May at the Business Design Centre in London. This event ran alonside the London Stationery Show and gave delegates the opportunity to network with industry colleagues as well as partaking in an agenda focused on leadership, financial confidence and collaboration.
The morning keynote, Leading Under Pressure: Building Trust, Resilience and High-Performing Teams, was delivered by Rob Hosking. His session provided valuable strategies for strengthening leadership capabilities in demanding environments, with a particular focus on fostering resilient and engaged teams.
This was followed by Decoding Finance: Turning Data Into Confident Decisions, led by Nick Wilson of EO Group. Delegates gained practical insights into interpreting financial data and using it to guide decision-making with greater confidence and clarity.
After a networking lunch, attendees had a guided tour of the Stationery Show, allowing them to explore the latest products, innovations and trends within the industry.
The afternoon programme featured interactive roundtable sessions, encouraging open discussion and knowledge sharing among participants. These sessions culminated in a roundtable roundup and panel discussion, Mentoring in Focus, which highlighted the growing importance of mentorship in developing talent and strengthening the sector.
After the formal conference closed delegates enjoyed a social event at Flight Club a social darts venue where they continued to build relationships and reflect on the day’s learnings.
