The next Leaders of the Future Conference will take place from 10.30am-4.30pm at The Business Design Centre London.
The LOTF Spring Conference will be a focused, practical day for emerging leaders in the business supplies industry. It brings together two essential areas of development for anyone stepping into greater responsibility: leading people well and understanding the financial information that drives good decision‑making. It’s a chance to step back from the day‑to‑day and build skills that support long‑term career growth.
We’ll start the day with a keynote session that sets the tone for forward‑thinking leadership in our sector. The speaker will share a fresh perspective on the challenges and opportunities ahead for future leaders, encouraging attendees to think differently about how they lead and how they shape the future of their organisations. You’ll also hear from a finance expert within the industry, who will break down the key financial concepts and commercial insights every developing leader should understand.
In the afternoon, interactive roundtables led by experienced industry leaders will focus on the realities of managing people. These sessions are designed to be open, practical, and relevant covering topics such as motivating teams, navigating change, and creating a positive working culture. Attendees will leave with ideas and approaches they can put into practice straight away.
This conference aims to give future leaders practical tools, useful insights, and the chance to learn from peers facing similar challenges. It’s an opportunity to build confidence in both people management and financial understanding, while connecting with others who are developing their leadership skills. The LOTF Committee look forward to bringing the sector together for a day of learning, discussion, and shared experience.
Evening Social Event - 5pm - 7pm (OPTIONAL)
Following the conference the Leaders of the Future Committee will be hosting an optional social event at Flight Club Islington home of Social Darts, which is 100m from the Business Design Centre.
If you haven’t been before, it’s a mix of classic darts with a modern twist, easy to pick up, surprisingly competitive, and a lot of fun whether you’re a total beginner or know your way around an oche.
We’ll have our own oches booked, so you can grab a drink, join a game, and enjoy a laid‑back evening with the rest of the group. It’s a simple, sociable way to unwind after the conference and spend some time together.
Full speaker line up and agenda to be annouced shortly.
