ECI to Host UK Event in Manchester

UK customer event will bring together ECI customers, industry leaders and technology experts to explore AI, innovation and the future of business.

Manchester, UK — 9 October 2026 — ECI Software Solutions will host Connecting Today to Tomorrow: Building a Future-Proof Business with ECI on Friday 9 October 2026 at the Science and Industry Museum in Manchester.

The half-day event is open to ECI’s UK customers, including customers of Prima Software, which recently joined the ECI family, and will explore the future of the office products, building materials and distribution industries. Sessions will focus on technology, practical AI applications, industry developments and the opportunities available to dealers and distributors.

The event will bring together customers and colleagues from across ECI, including the Prima and wider ECI teams. It will provide an opportunity to share perspectives on the future of the industries ECI serves, discuss technology developments and highlight the continued support and solutions available to customers.

Attendees will hear from Brian Bowerfind, President of LBM & Distribution; Niall Diamond, Vice President of Product Management; and Ian Buckley, Managing Director of ECI Prima.

The agenda will include sessions on the state of the industry, advancements in AI and a customer panel discussion focused on real-world challenges, practical lessons and the opportunities created by change.

The event will examine how technology and data can help businesses improve visibility and efficiency, identify issues and opportunities earlier, respond to changing customer expectations and prepare for the future.

Connecting Today to Tomorrow will take place from 08:30 to 14:00, with attendees also invited to explore the Science and Industry Museum following the event.
