Martin Eames has over 40 years experience of the office products market including 12 years as a main Board Director of Wiggins Teape, now Antalis. More recently Martin launched and managed Product Promotion Services, a Field Marketing Company which provides Sales Support Services to a number of the Leading Brands in the office products market, until selling the company to new owners earlier this year.
Martin has been Chairman of the BOSS Environmental Forum for the past 5 years

Director of CSR & Social Value , EVO Group
Julie Hadley joined the Banner team, as the CSR and Social Value Manager in late June 2021 and is now Head of CSR for Evo Group, working on behalf of Vow, Complete and Banner. She works cross functionally within the business to help deliver sustainability and corporate social responsibility strategy. She is currently focussing on decarbonisation and supply chain compliance.
Julie has many years of valuable practical and strategic experience within the business supplies industry, having worked both for Lyreco UK and Staples UK in roles related to Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility.

Kim brings four decades of experience across export, sales, marketing, publishing and strategic business development within the business supplies sector. Her recent focus has been on reshaping distribution models to ensure they are both environmentally and commercially sustainable and aligned with a net‑zero future. Kim enjoys collaborating and consulting with dealers and their end-users to design supply solutions that address carbon reduction challenges and drive long‑term transformation. A passionate advocate for ESG‑driven change, she combines commercial insight with a strong commitment to community, wellbeing and environmental stewardship. Beyond her industry roles, Kim is a Director of Community Art Kent CIC, the founder of a corporate mental health and wellbeing organisation, and, as a dedicated year-round open water swimmer, she is understandably an active supporter of Surfers Against Sewage and other similar charities.
