Meet the Committee

I am currently an Account Director at Vow wholesale. My role consists of Managing key accounts, supporting Growth and development through strategic planning and collaborative working, maximising all available assets available at VOW. I have been in the industry 10 years in various roles within Wholesale, The dealer community and contract stationers. I am very passionate about the industry and have worked continually to grow my skillset and develop into the role I hold today.

My role involves overseeing the Durable UK and Ireland business, looking after our sales, marketing, e-commerce, warehouse, finance and customer service teams.

I’m a Business Development Manager at Office Friendly, supporting over 40 accounts across the UK. I originally joined the business as part of the marketing team, having studied Design & Advertising at university, and later transitioned into business development where I could work more closely with customers.

I’ve been in the industry for just over three years, and in that time, I’ve developed a real passion for helping customers solve challenges and grow their businesses. My creative background means I love bringing fresh ideas to the table - whether that’s through marketing, strategy, or finding new ways to add value.

I also joined the BOSS Leaders of the Future (LOTF) committee to connect with others in the industry, build meaningful relationships, and support those who are just starting out, something I really care about as someone still early in my own journey. It’s a great space to collaborate, share ideas, and help drive the industry forward together.

I’ve worked within our industry since 2011 in various roles within Customer Service, Retail, Wholesale and Reseller channels. In my position as Membership Advisor at BOSS, my objective is to promote connection within our industry through our members, the supply chain and wider industry. 

I’m currently the national account manager for office supplies for Nestle Professional. Currently, I look after several wholesalers and dealer groups within the channel. Making sure we have aligned strategy and winning sales and business plans

I have worked in a wide range of sectors selling vastly different products. Starting at McCain 8 years ago I sold chips to large chain restaurants before moving on to sell hair products, honey and now stationery at BIC ltd. During my career I've managed a number of key customers such as The Factory Shop, Morrisons, and Holland and Barret. I now manages all dealer and wholesale accounts for BIC as well as some key online customers.

I am involved in transforming traditional business with direct engagement, developing customer relationships, and expanding market opportunities.

I believe in leading my team through clear vision, strategic thinking, and proactive mentorship empowering them to make decisions.

I joined as a committee member of BOSS Leaders of the Future with the aim of developing connections between leaders of the future and experienced industry professionals to generate conversation drive the committee goals and in turn generate growth across our industry.
