We are looking for an inspirational Chief Executive to implement a programme of strategic change and re-branding to meet the needs of our diverse and changing Industry. 

We are looking for an inspirational Chief Executive to implement a programme of strategic change and re-branding to meet the needs of our diverse and changing Industry.


Someone who can build strong and effective relationships with our diverse range of members, customers, stakeholders, partners and government. You will be dynamic, inspiring and innovative and possess commercial business acumen and a track record of implementing significant change both within our members and the wider Industry. Supported by the BOSS Board you will be targeted on membership retention and new membership growth in the £15 billion Business Supplies market. 


Preferably degree educated (or professional qualification) the candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable in presenting to large  groups of senior leaders within the Industry, with Powerpoint, Excel, and  Word skills as well as being financially and commercially astute.

We represent the whole supply chain including Vendors, Manufacturers, Wholesalers, Contract Stationers, Dealer Groups, Independent Dealers, Retailers and Service Providers. We are embracing new product and service providers including MPS, FM and Technology.


Current members range from the smallest independent dealers to the largest retailers, manufacturers, contract stationers and wholesalers within the industry.
