Next day deliveries and specialised delivery services
We are currently seeing significant variation in the number of orders that we are taking and whilst we are geared up to process all orders on a daily basis under normal circumstances, the current situation is as we all know unprecedented. At the forefront of our mind is the health and wellbeing of our employees and we are following all the current government guidelines to help protect them.
I am confident you will support our decision in this approach but it does mean that while we expect to maintain a next day delivery service we can no longer guarantee this and all orders will be accepted on this basis.
To help us the earlier in the day you can send through orders for deliveries the more this helps our warehouse to despatch efficiently. For customers who have specialist or In Night delivery arrangements we will keep in close contact to ensure we have appropriate arrangements to suit your needs if for whatever reason these deliveries cannot be continued.
It may be worth setting expectations with your customers that there could be a longer lead time than normal.
