Prime Group Create Visors for the NHS

Managing Director Jon Tolley's wife is a critical care practitioner at an NHS intensive care unit, and found herself without the necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Nottinghamshire based Prime Group looked at how it could use its existing expertise in laser cutting and plastics to come up with a solution.

They picked up a used, cleaned visor, dissembled it and produced their first prototype the next day.

They have now been officially CE certified so they know they will do the job they are designed to do properly.
