Neurodiversity - unlocking hidden strengths

In fast-paced environments, precision, consistency, and innovation are key.

Increasingly, organisations are recognising that neurodivergent employees (those with conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia or dyspraxia) can bring unique strengths that align perfectly with these demands.

Whilst there is still a great deal of stigma attached to neurodivergent conditions and an individual with those conditions performing well at work, it's worth challenging these assumptions and looking for the strengths we might otherwise overlook.
