Integra and Office Friendly Merger Update

Integra Business Solutions and Office Friendly are delighted to announce that their merger has been officially approved by shareholders and will therefore go ahead.

The official transfer will take place at the beginning of July at which point the BLOC Group will be formed, with Aidan McDonough taking up the role of Chairman and Jeanette Caswell, the role of Managing Director.

The integration process is already in motion, with both organisations working towards a smooth transition. A further statement will be made once the official transfer has been completed.
