For Tradesupply, 2022 is off to a great start.
Part of The Ventures Group, Tradesupply is one of 2 businesses founded by Mark and Devin Greene, brothers from Dublin who were later joined by fellow Director Kevin O’Brien. Tradesupply has grown from, effectively, a garage in Dublin to now covering 40,000 sq. ft in total with plans to grow even further. Through this continued growth, a sister company ParcelPlanet was founded in 2020; an order fulfilment company which prides itself on its innovation in technology, integration and incredible customer service.
After 2 years of trading and ahead of schedule, ParcelPlanet have opened their second strategic distribution centre, recruiting a highly experienced Operations Manager within the Order Fulfilment sector in the process. Tradesupply’s ambition is clear; provide an efficient and effective service, enabling their clients to scale their business.
In addition to their Dublin based warehouse, this brand-new premises located in Birmingham UK opens huge doors for not only them, but their customers to trade in Europe and the UK.
Tradesupply customers will gain significantly through increased product range, fast, efficient order fulfilment and increased levels of stock, which given the current supply line issues across the industry, will be a welcome relief to its customers. The “B” word is eradicated for customers as having a supplier that operates distribution centres in both Europe (Ireland) and the UK, provides a distinct and clear advantage for ambitious Tradesupply customers.

Birmingham is a strategic location within the courier network of the UK. The new operation creates a number of benefits including greater flexibility in terms of order cut off times, multiple courier options to suit the various brand requirements and a guaranteed next day delivery anywhere in the UK. Tradesupply anticipate that the new location will reduce or eliminate any customs hurdles.
