BOSS Outlook is the BOSS Federation's quarterly office supplies & services industry trends survey and is free to BOSS members.
The latest BOSS Outlook reports the following:
- Business confidence in the general state of trade continues to be reported as increasingly positive, climbing above and beyond expectations with sales and output forecast to hold growth in Q3.
- Sales volumes continued to be positive overall in Q2 and output growth is also expected to persist despite some concerns over customer demand and competition.
- Competitor pricing was the most voiced business concern, followed by the survival of major customers and access to skilled labour.
