Innovative Workplace Solutions Northern Ireland is a fast-growing provider of workplace technology, IT services, managed print, business supplies and workplace solutions that help organisations operate more efficiently, securely and productively.
Our mission is simple: to help businesses create smarter workplaces. We support organisations as they evolve and adapt to changing ways of working by delivering integrated solutions that improve productivity, streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.
Our portfolio includes managed IT services, cloud solutions, managed print, document management, telecommunications, audio-visual technologies, workplace furniture and business supplies. Through our bespoke online procurement portal, customers can access more than 40,000 workplace products in real time at the touch of a button, providing a seamless and efficient purchasing experience.
What sets us apart is the combination of a dedicated local support team and the scale, expertise and resources of the wider NBM Group. This allows us to deliver personalised service while offering the breadth of solutions and buying power of a long-established organisation.
Built on Four Decades of Expertise
Innovative Workplace Solutions Northern Ireland was established in 2022 as part of the NBM Group's strategic expansion into the Northern Ireland market.
The business was founded with a clear vision: to provide organisations across Northern Ireland with a modern, customer-focused partner capable of delivering complete workplace solutions under one roof.
Building on over four decades of expertise within the NBM Group, the company was created to help businesses navigate the changing demands of the modern workplace through technology, workplace products and managed services.
Strong Growth Since Launch
Since opening our doors in 2022, Innovative Workplace Solutions Northern Ireland has experienced rapid and sustained growth.
The business launched with just two employees and has grown to a team of eight professionals in less than four years, with plans to expand to ten employees by the end of 2026.
A key driver of our success has been the expansion of our Workplace Solutions and Business Supplies division, which has become a significant growth engine for the business. Through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, including the acquisition of two workplace supplies businesses in 2023 and 2025, we have broadened our offering and strengthened our position as a complete workplace partner.
