BOSS Business Supplies Charity - Walk & Talk

On Friday 4th September, the BOSS Business Supplies Charity are holding their Walk & Talk at Brixworth Country Park.

The walk is being held in memory of Clare, one of their beneficiaries whose life ended far too soon, and in support of her beautiful young daughter, Lilly, who she has left behind.

But we know that not everyone can be with us at Brixworth, so we’d really like you to join us in another way.

This Friday, wherever you are, please take just ten minutes out of your day – perhaps during your lunch break, and go for a walk.

Walk with a colleague, a friend, or simply take a few minutes by yourself. Use that time to remember someone you’ve lost too soon, to think about how you’re feeling, or to think about those around you who may be struggling and would benefit from someone taking the time to listen.

And while you’re out, take a photo or a selfie and send it to us at info@bosscharity.org.

We’d love to bring together and share photographs from people walking with us across the industry this Friday – not only in memory of Clare, but in memory of all those we have lost over the years and in recognition of those who may be finding life a little harder than it should be right now.

You don’t have to be at Brixworth to Walk & Talk with us. Wherever you are, take ten minutes, get outside, think, talk and connect.
