A new questionnaire is being circulated by the Department for Business & Trade

This new questionnaire is being circulated to get businesses’ views on the regulatory burden. It wants to hear directly from businesses of any size which regulations are:

outdated
duplicative
disproportionate

This is a great opportunity to let Government know where regulation is imposing unreasonable costs, limiting your ability to grow or simply creating too much paperwork.

We know many of you have views on the slew of regulations which have impacted your businesses in recent years, so we encourage you to respond – and let us know what you’ve told them!

The questionnaire closes on 16 December.
