Founded in 1992, Data Direct has grown from a small toner distributor into the UK’s leading independent trade-only suppliers of print, office, and workplace solutions. From our headquarters in Finchampstead, Berkshire, we proudly support hundreds of resellers, dealers, and managed print service providers nationwide with the products, systems, and service they need to succeed.

Our journey began with a simple focus: supplying OEM toners to the UK’s print and copier dealer network. Over the years, we’ve continually reinvested in our people, infrastructure, and technology—expanding our product portfolio to include compatible consumables, parts, and print hardware.
