Karly Lattimore

Karly Lattimore

Managing Director, BPIF Training

Karly began her career in manufacturing as a Production Manager, where she developed a strong foundation in operational leadership and gained her degree in Leadership and Management. She later moved into adult vocational education, initially teaching food manufacturing and production leadership, before progressing into senior roles including Head of Delivery and Head of Quality and Performance.

For the past seven years, she has been Managing Director of BPIF Training, leading strategic growth, quality improvement, and innovation in leadership and skills development across industry sectors. Karly holds a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management and a Level 7 Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management, and she is currently completing a Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Direction and Leadership.

As a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), she is passionate about developing leadership capability through education, empowerment and practical application.

An established leader in production and operational environments with over 18 years' experience in management positions. A proven track record in exceeding targets and promoting a positive and inclusive culture through coaching and mentoring.

Martin as worked as an Assessor within BPIF training for the past 13 years. During this time he has worked alongside many others to help apprentices succeed.
