James is an accomplished commercial leader, author and passionate advocate for the UK business supplies industry, recognised for his energetic leadership, strategic vision and commitment to bringing people and businesses together.

As Group Sales Director at CTS Wholesale, James plays a key role in driving commercial growth, developing strategic partnerships and shaping the organisation's future across the UK and Ireland. With extensive senior leadership experience, he has built his reputation on developing people, challenging convention and creating opportunities through collaboration, innovation and trust.

He firmly believes that an industry which shares knowledge, supports its people and celebrates success together is an industry that thrives.

Beyond the boardroom, James is the author of Choosing the Red Dress, a book exploring confidence, individuality, personal growth and the courage to embrace opportunity. His passion for inspiring others extends into his writing, leadership philosophy and wider industry engagement.

Giving back is equally important to James. A former Non-Executive Director of The Kaleidoscope Plus Group, he is a committed supporter of mental health awareness and charitable initiatives. His involvement has included supporting Birmingham Children's Hospital, the BOSS Business Supplies Charity and industry fundraising activities, and his own golf day for over a decade raising over 100k.

Throughout his career, James has remained a passionate believer in the power of relationships, the importance of community and the responsibility of successful businesses to make a positive difference.

For James, true success isn't simply measured by commercial achievement, but by the people we inspire, the opportunities we create and the difference we make along the way.
