What are the judges looking for?
The judging panel will be looking for evidence to demonstrate innovation, business excellence, sales growth and excellent provision of service in addition to a commitment to your team and their development.
Entries will be judged against the following criteria:
- Improved market performance (could inlcude EBITDA/margin performance), including sales growth and increasing market share.
- Commitment to staff training and professional development.
- Outstanding levels of customer care and service.
