How do we enter?
Nominations from suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers and dealer groups are welcome until Friday 26th July. After this date, BOSS will contact all nominated companies and invite them to complete a short follow‑up step to confirm their nomination.
Who is this award for?
The independent retailer (maximum of 10 stores) that provides an offering of Business Supplies (Office Products/Stationery).
This award recognises an independent retail business that has demonstrated excellence throughout the year. It celebrates retailers who have delivered superb customer service, shown creativity and innovation, and played an active role within their local community. The winning business will be one that stands out for its commitment, adaptability and the value it brings to its customers.
This award will be judged on the following criteria:

Positive influence within the local community

Clear demonstration of what makes the business unique (USP)

Strong customer focus and service

A meaningful initiative, improvement or achievement from the last 12 months

A story or example that illustrates the retailer’s value to customers or the community
