BOSS Charity Recruits 12 Corporate Patrons For 2023

The BOSS Business Supplies Charity has unveiled the names of the 12 companies which have chosen to be its Corporate Patrons for 2023.

The BOSS Charity launched the Patronage Scheme at the end of 2022, and Avery, BIC, Brother UK Ltd, Fellowes Brands, Highlands, OPI, OT Group, Pukka Pad, Ryman, SC Johnson Professional, Uni Mitsubishi Pencil Company and Viking have already chosen to become Patrons in order to support its work on a regular basis.

Says the Charity's Chair, Martin Wilde, "We launched the Patron Scheme in response to the extraordinarily steep cost of living increases we are seeing at present. We have been overwhelmed by the rapid and very positive response to the Scheme by the industry and are so grateful to these twelve companies for pledging their support as our Patrons this year. We are also delighted that the BOSS Federation has agreed to be our Honorary Patron."

The Charity is holding a black tie celebration Patrons' Dinner at Stationers' Hall at 6:30pm on 16th of February and Wilde is keen to point out that the dinner - made possible through the assistance of OT Group and OPI - is an opportunity to highlight the work of the Charity and to thank current and prospective Patrons for their support: "We are also inviting the Charity's supporters and those who have a passion for our industry and its people to join us at this celebration. Our guest of honour at the dinner will be Eddie "the eagle" Edwards - the epitome of the grit and perseverance needed by those who must pick themselves up after a fall!".
