The BOSS Board welcomes two new Board members

The BOSS Board are delighted that Julie Hawley, Finance Director, YPO and Aidan McDonough, CEO Integra Business Solutions will be joining the Board.

The BOSS Board are delighted that Julie Hawley, Finance Director, YPO and Aidan McDonough, CEO Integra Business Solutions will be joining the Board, bringing their extensive experience and diverse set of skills. Both new members have lengthy careers within the business supplies industry and will strengthen the makeup of the existing Board.

BOSS Chairman, Simon Drakeford comments, "I am delighted to welcome both Aidan and Julie to the BOSS Board. From their extensive careers in our industry, they bring an excellent perspective and breadth of experience to help guide and shape the strategy of BOSS. I look forward to working with them in the coming weeks and months."

Julie Hawley joined YPO in May 2021 as Finance Director from her previous role as Managing Director of Office Friendly, a leading buying group in office products. She previously worked for Kingfield Heath Wholesale and has over 30 years' experience in the office products industry. Julie was awarded Professional of the Year in 2018 and European Professional of The Year in 2019. Julie leads the organisation's Finance, Business Change and HR functions.

Julie comments "As a governing body the federation plays a unique role in guiding and supporting the community within the office products industry. This has been highlighted more recently in the pandemic over the last two years. I am really delighted to be joining the board and look forward to working with Amy and fellow board members in this ever-evolving market sector."

Aidan McDonough is the CEO of Integra Business Solutions, the leading dealer group in the UK's Office and IT supplies industry. Aidan is responsible for the overall financial performance and strategic planning process for Integra. He has over 28 years' experience in the sector having worked as Group Marketing Director and subsequently CEO of the group. Aidan's focus in on key stakeholders and the strategic direction of the organisation in conjunction with the board and executive team. Aidan is also the chairman of Business Products Groups International (BPGI).

Aidan comments "I am delighted to be joining the BOSS Board and look forward to working with the existing Board members to guide and support BOSS in its mission to support our sector. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of the federations role in collectively representing and connecting the industry in a time of crisis."

BOSS CEO, Amy Hutchinson, comments "I couldn't be more pleased to welcome Aidan and Julie to the BOSS Board. It will be a privilege to have their input alongside our existing Board members.
