VOW Interiors removes end user delivery charges for all furniture orders

Workplace furniture specialist VOW Interiors is removing delivery charges for end user furniture deliveries from 1 January 2022.

Workplace furniture specialist VOW Interiors is removing delivery charges for end user furniture deliveries from 1 January 2022.

The move is the latest in a series of service upgrades from the company, which has the largest wholesale furniture stockholding in the UK and offers next day delivery as standard.

From 1 January, the cost that resellers see when they start an order will be the price they pay on completion, for greater price transparency as well as a simplified ordering process.

Vanessa Warne, Furniture Category Head at VOW Interiors, said: "We have continued to improve our offering at VOW Interiors so that resellers and end users receive the best possible service, as well as the most competitive prices. Our removal of end user delivery charges is just one of several guarantees we now give.

"Customers can continue to expect super-fast response times, with calls to VOW Interiors answered within 20 seconds. Great customer service should mean a speedy response to enquiries, and we are proud to deliver this through our customer service team.

"Our team of furniture experts support customers from start to finish with a complete range of services including space planning, CAD drawing, and delivery and installation through our specialist furniture delivery fleet.

"Our end user catalogue and marketing programme helps resellers offer this full support programme to their customers, with a core price-fighting range of over 200 products giving resellers the ability to compete with anyone on price."
