BOSS’s Liz Whyte Becomes BOSS Charity Trustees

The BOSS Business Supplies Charity (formerly the BOSS Benevolent Fund) is delighted to announce the appointment of their new Trustee, Liz Whyte.

Whyte is of course well known to many in the industry through her role within BOSS, but for many years she has also acted as the indefatigable and ever-cheerful Secretary to the BOSS Charity, as Graeme Chapman MBE, Chairman of the Charity, notes: "Liz has acquired a great deal of knowledge and experience of dealing with our beneficiaries and handling our procedures. Indeed, Liz speaks to more of our beneficiaries than any Trustee, including me, and has always shown exactly the right balance between efficiency and empathy, which is often not easy. Her appointment as Trustee gives the recognition that the Trustees feel is long overdue and very well deserved."

Whyte adds "I am honoured to have been asked to join the Trustees, having been in my role as Secretary for a number of years. To be able to help individuals within our industry who are going through difficult times is a humbling experience and the Charity is one I am pleased to be a part of. I thank Graeme and the Trustees for appointing me."
