The BOSS Federation is the trade association which serves the UK office supplies and services industry by providing a range of initiatives, cost saving benefits and services, to enhance the business performance of its members.
Promotion & Marketing Group (PMG)
The PMG of BOSS Federation Cartons are a sub committee of the BOSS Federation Cartons Management Committee.
The PMG shall consist of up to 8 company representatives from time to time appointed by the BOSS Federation Cartons Management Committee.
The company representatives will consist of up to 5 from converter members of BOSS Federation Cartons (not including the Chairman) and up to 2 Associate Members of BOSS Federation Cartons.
Members shall be appointed for an initial period of two years and may be re-appointed by the Management Committee. The Committee may also co-opt others from time to time in relation to a particular project but that shall not confer voting rights. The Chairman shall be a converter member of BOSS Federation Cartons and will be a member of the BOSS Federation Cartons Management Committee. The Chairman of BOSS Federation Cartons may also attend meetings.
The PMG will be supported by the BOSS Federation Director responsible for BOSS Federation Cartons who will be secretary to the group.
The PMG will produce an annual plan and budget to be approved by the BOSS Federation Cartons Management Committee. The PMG will have a delegated annual budget from the BOSS Federation Cartons Executive Committee and will be accountable to the Executive Committee for that budget. The PMG shall produce minutes of their meetings which will be made available to the BOSS Federation Cartons Management Committee. The Chairman will produce a report for each BOSS Federation Cartons Management Committee meeting and the AGM.
